	Tip: This training program works well with groups. Having a group of at least three watch and work through the material together is ideal.

New Maintain IT project cookbook.

The MaintainIT Project is a three-year project funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. The project gathers stories from public libraries on how they support public computers and publish their tips and techniques as "cookbooks."
